FUNCTION
1. Adopt the advanced process technique ,perfect multi needle quilting machine for quilt .
2. Needle bar and pressing plate are pushed by double rocking arm. which increase pattern accuration as well as avoid the materials be soiled by lube.
3. High rigidity machine body,perfect protecting equipment and steady-going control system.
4.X,Y motors are driven by servosystem, and principal axis takes frequency ports system.
5. Test the working state of all sensors and computer in real time.
6. Auto top system when the bottom or upper thread broke detected by infrared system,Auto lift needle and adjust the speed by compurter.
7. Auto faults tips for servo motor system and transducer,making it much convenient to eliminate problems.

a.If machine parts is broken,we need to charge our customer for the required parts.
b.If we send our technician to customer's factory for maintenance ,Customer should pay USD50/day/person as service charge, include the fee of VISA application, flight ticket,accommodation, and translating fee for our technician when calls
