The GLD series adopt the Coherent or Rofin RF metal laser, which features large power, finer laser spot, stable power and long lifetime. The machine has been enabled to run smoothly with even longer lifetime by utilizing the dual water cooling system for RF laser generator and the expander lens. The USB interface bus is adopted with the MCU board, which supports the off-line operating, stepper motor with four axis X, Y, Z, and R, start-up and stop marking by external control. It also supports the Ture Type font, the letter, 1D barcode, 2D barcode, compatible to the normal format (bmp, jpg, tif), and the vector figures (plt, dxf).
Optical Design: It adopts the whole-sealed laser optical system, free maintenance without adjustment. Therefore, it can be put into use whenever it is fixed.
Mechanical Design: The 3 axes laser scanning system features compact structure, dust-proof, easy and accurate assembly, strong anti-jamming. It has been taken into full consideration to radiate the heat from the scanning motor and driver board in its design, which ensures the stability of system under the conditions of long-time running.
