HHQX Drum-type Ultrasonic Bottle-Washing Machine
Working Principle:
Bottles are transferred by front equipment to inlet of bottle-washing machine, dialed in by driver plate, pushed into washing chamber, transferred by rotary drum to locate right below water tank. In intermittence of rotary drum, bottle automatically enter water-gas cleaning chamber, firstly cleaned by ionized water (or distilled water) in both inside and outside; and then, washed by high-pressure gas in inside. And then, the residual water droplets on inwall of bottles are thinned for the drying in the next process. Ultimately, bottles are pulled out of bottle-washing machine and enter the next package process.
