Our factory have 1, 500 square meters floor space with 4 production lines. We have around 100 pieces of machine. They are: 4 piece of cutting machine, 85 pieces of flat sewing machine, 2 piece of hot sealing machine, 1 piece of Heat transfer machine, 4 pieces of Play edge machine, 5 pieces of High sewing machine, 1 piece of Package machine.
And we have around 150 production workers, and every procedures have 2 QA/QC check with quality, so that all goods we ship out are ok and customers can receive very good quality bags.
Our normal monthly capacity are:
Cosmetic bag: 400, 000 pieces/month
Shopping bag: 300, 000 pieces/month
Backpack and Fashion PU handbags: 100, 000pieces/month.
Production Capacity: Around 200, 000 PCS per monthly based on different styles;
