GTRF Highspeed rotary backflow defoaming liquid filling machine is suitable for various liquids that are ease to foam while filling as well as no foaming liquids, widely used in food, chemicals, pesticides and pharmaceuticals fields. It can be used separately, and also can be linked to production lines. It's the fastest and most reliable defoaming filler at home and abroad.
2. Characteristic
a. Adopting centrifugal pump to fill and backflow filling nozzles to suck-back foams, in case of foam overflow and drop leakage.
b. With lower-position storage tank, convenient to clean and sterilize the machine.
c. Using bottle neck-clipping device ensures the accurate positioning of filling-nozzles, inside bottle filling after positioning.
d. Easy and convenient to adjust filling dosage and change bottles of different sizes.
e. Totally in accordance with GMP requirements
