Instuctions
To lift:
1. Lay both straps side by side undermeath furniture with strong/sturdy legs or X-cross the straps undermeath items that have no legs for anti-slipout mode.
2. Grab ends of straps individuallu 2 per/person with each hand
3. With your back straight bend only slightly at the knees and choose the sedired length by inserting arms in openings provided to adjust length.
4. Position the arms at 45 degree angles upward from the elbow to the wrist
5. The strap opening chosen should be right at the base of your elbow, but entirely on your forearm.
6. Place yours hands directly in front of your shoulder area, palms the on the piece being carried all of your fingers pointing upward.
7. Confirm each other's state of readiness
8. When ready lift by straightening legs slowly
To lower
1. Find a level and large enough area that can with hold the seight and size of the item carried

2. With your back still straight bend slightly at the knees until the item lowered is safely on the floor.
