Method I: Connecting the USB power adapter and MINI USB interface of the mobile power by a piece of Micro USB cable.
Method II: Connecting the USB interface of PC and the MINI USB interface of the mobile power.
Power indication light will turn on and indicate the percent of power from the bank to the mobile power.

Charge failure for the mobile power
Please check the power adapter suitable or not, and cable, adapter.
Suggest using GOLF or other qualified power adapter.
Charge failure for other device
If the power remain in the mobile power is not enough, please charge the mobile power at first. Please check the voltage between the output voltage of mobile power and the voltage of charging device to see if they are compatible or not.
Please check the connecting method between mobile power and charging device, cable and adapter. If there are something wrong inside of the mobile power, please contact the after-sales department of local dealer.

Please charge the power bank once every 3 months if the bank not be used for a long time.
It's normal that the temperature is a bit high during charging.
