Quality 2 Station Air Press Sublimation Heat Transfer Machine

This is a semi-automatic 2 station air press pneumatic sublimation heat transfer printing press which heating head can move up and down automatically or semi-automatically. It can be used for direct or sublimation heat transferring on fabric, sweat shirts. etc. When platen is pushed manually to correct position, heating head will move down and press for pre-set time automatically. Working efficient for this machine is 3 times more than manual heating press.

Features:
1. Air pressed heating head----Heating head is driven by air jack. Heating head will move down automatically when plate is moved right under heating head.

2. Pressure adjustable-----Pressure of heating head can be adjusted full range by turning the air pressure adjusting button.

3. Precise heating temperature---Tolerance of temperature on each point of heating plate is less than 3° C.

3. Teflon coated heating head----Teflon on heating head can make transfer paper or film easy detach from heating head.

4. Easy replaceable heating element----The unattached heating elements can be replaced respectively. The user don't need to replace all the heating head when on of the heating element can not work.

5. Heatproof silicon foam---Silicon foam that used in this machine is durable and reliable under high temperature. It can work properly within 350° C of temperature.
