The proprietary intellectual property right technology "Two column differential-pressure distillation technology" which belongs to ZKTY is adopted in this recycle process. It means that the positive-pressure column supply heat to the negative-pressure column.
The process can satisfy two mode of production, which can produce high degree and low degree alcohol at the same time or only produce low degree alcohol. The two mode of production can be switched by adjusting reflux ratio and products draw flow-rate.
The dirty alcohol will be separated into two parts after being preheated by alcohol vapor from the top of negative-pressure column:
One part goes into negative-pressure column after pre-heated by waste water. The alcohol steam from the top of negative pressure column is preheated in crude alcohol pre-heater, then be condensed by circulated water through the negative pressure column condenser, the condensed alcohol goes into reflux tank, one part is refluxed to the top plate of negative-pressure column, the other part goes to product alcohol storage tank after being cooled as high-degree alcohol. Low- degree alcohol is drawn from the negative pressure column.
The other part of crude alcohol is pre-heated by the positive pressure column alcohol product and steam condensate, then goes to the middle of the positive-pressure column. The alcohol steam from the top of the positive-pressure column is condensed by negative-pressure column reboiler. The non-condensed steam is further condensed by positive-pressure column end cooler. The low-degree alcohol which is drawn from positive-pressure column and cooled by feed stream, then the low-degree alcohol is cooled and goes to low product alcohol storage.
